Grabbing the box handles with the mouse is certainly a quick way to make
edits, but you will find in a number of situations you want to be more
precise than that.

This is where X,Y,Z in the properties can be useful.
Notice that the spinboxes will change the values as you use the
scrollwheel of your mouse. It is even more useful to see what happens
when you hold now Ctrl or Shift while doing this. With Ctrl, you can
make much bigger changes faster, and with Shift much smaller. Using
combinations serially is what I find most useful for precise changes.
