[scribus] Keep master page logic when modifying page order

I explained myself incorrectly

When you reapply the odd/even pattern, it wrecks everything out and you have to readjust the "exotic" pages.

With a "lock master page" option activated, even the odd/even pattern would not touch the locked master page.
Hence you gain a lot of time.

Did I make it clearer ?
