Ok, it makes some sense now. But I guess you have to individually lock a
page (it's more like you're locking the attributes of the page, not
locking the master page).

My guess is that if I were doing this, I would work on a way to parse
the SLA file, either with Python or Perl, editing the MNAM variable in
the <PAGE... > tag. Just a personal quirk/preference.

The other idea might be an xsl stylesheet...
