[scribus] Saving as PDF with a smaller file size

Hi Chris,

Typically a script is run in a terminal window. If the script is in the
"path" just type the name of the file. If not, enter the name with an
absolute or appropriate relative path. If it's located in the current
directory precede the name with ./
