[scribus] Image import, wrong original PPI value

_probably_ this is just referring to the display resolution in Scribus, 
which has nothing to do with the export resolution. Typically, all 
images are loaded at 72dpi, then in the Image tab of Properties you 
adjust for the final size/resolution you want.
