[scribus] 'Adjust to Baseline Grid' ?

I'm going through the tutorial at:

and have got to 'Define Paragraph Styles':

There is a sentence "The important thing to note here is 'Adjust to Baseline Grid'.", where I can 
find no mention in Scribus 1.3.3.12 of a 'Adjust to Baseline Grid' entry in the Properties 
palette. The nearest is Properties palette > Text and, opposite the 'Font field' there is another 
field which, when the mouse is hovered over it, gives a 'tool tip' "Offset to baseline of 
characters". Is that the same as 'Adjust to Baseline Grid'?
