[scribus] Importing SVG

Call this a "me too".  While I've never had a problem with the
imported Inkscape SVG, I *was* wondering what that warning meant. I've
tried both Inkscape SVG and "Plain SVG" (another Inkscape "Save As..."
option) and get that warning for both.
