[Scribus] KPDF vs. Acrobat

Currently Scribus version can not write editable PDFs to Acrobat version 
8 Window...
(Umlaut kerning bug! on display.)

Now the only OpenSource software that can compose editable and display 
latin1 chars PDFs forms .... i am sure is Latex
