What platform are you using ? What distro if linux ? 

This is not a known issue. What created the graphics ?

This is something which can only be done manually. You can also use 
search and replace. 1.3.4 will have some improvements.

What creates .cwk files. Doubtful if Scribus imports directly.

Page > Import can merge them into a new document and add additional 
pages as needed.
