If you could convince him that it would mean less work to you you could do the
formatting in OpenOffice.org and ask him to use that. Most of the styling
(though not necessarily everything) would be transfered and give you a bit
shorter days :-)
I used this, and it surely helped me out of some of the redoings.
If the corrections are small it is faster to just do it in the story editor,
especially if he has marked the changed texts parts properly :-)
