[Scribus] Importing Tables

Just one minor correction: If you imported an EPS via File -> Import,
you didn't import it into any frame, no matter if a frame was selected.
In this case, you created a vector object just as you would do with
Scribus' vector drawing tools. This is important to know since SVG
import works similarily.
