Just want to mention bug # 1140 is about that, and more on image 
manipulation.

BTW, you can also make fine adjustments in the Properties palette>Image 
X-Pos and Y-Pos fields.
To a hundredth of a pica.

Please also refer to Wayne's answer for more (his message came while I 
was writing this!)

As an additionnal note, you can use TAB and Shift-TAB to jump from X-Pos 
and Y-Pos and vice-versa. Only to make sure all is clear (sorry) the UP 
and DOWN arrow can be used within the field. BTW, this is true in all 
(or most.... didn't check thoroughly!) fields in the Properties palette.

In the end, I guess you can nudge any image quite a bit, with precision.

Did you also tried to apply a linestyle to an image frame? This is cool! 
Especially when you realize that you have a hundred frames you'd like to 
set with a different line width...
