[Scribus] scribus, pantone and eps files

Hi,

Pantone is patented by Kodak. Despite my best efforts of myself and a
few friends quite high up in Kodak, we've not been able to come to an
arrangement so we have a "fee-free" licence to enable pantone.

Until someone comes up with a free way to do it which doesn't violate
Kodak's patents, you'll only find it on commercial apps.
