[Scribus] CD covers once again

Problem solved - as 'drawing' was coming from broken process, document
info wasn't properly set. In document setting orientation was set as
portrait, changed it to landscape and everything worked.

OK - wasn't precise enough - replace native Scribus print dialog with
kprinter dialog.
