[Scribus] qt 3.3.0 and opengl support

Seems ok here on 3.3.0.

We will. We need to decide whats going in based on the timeframe we want
for release and then it will be published.

Both good points. Basically for 1.2, the docs are being updated, the
code comments are being done/finished etc so it won't just be a code
release.
