[Scribus] Adding fonts.

Scribus <=1.2.x does not support fontconfig. Font discovery is done through X 
alone, however Scribus supports adding fonts from anywhere in the filesystem. 
Start Scribus, Settings, Fonts, Additional Font Paths and add the directory 
in.
