[Scribus] CMYK - one last try - CinePaint

Maybe not yet mentioned the CMYK-CinePaint developers snapshot.

With this version at least flat CMYK handling (embedded ICC profile
are considered) and an monitor profile in the way Scribus does is
available.
About jpeg cmyk I am not shure. I did no tests, but tiff/png are relyable
proofed on display and correctly printed over the ICC aware print plug-in
(of course an profile is needed).
You can download the developers snapshot on

<http://sourceforge.net/project/shownotes.php?release_id=180257> ->
files/Developers Attic/CMS CMYK .

The colour handling in the print plug-in may change in the next version,
so dont spent money for profile creation or at least stick to one
gimp-print/Gutenprint version. That said it is not distribution ready but
testers are welcome to point out weaknesses.
