Yes, with Acroreader 6.0, I'm getting the exact same behaviour you
described. This seems to have something to do with how or when Acroreader
plugin refreshes the screen.

That's how it looked with Acro5.0. In the middle, I had some window,
so that the plugin had to refresh the screen at that spot.
