[scribus] Request for a feature - 'window memory'

Qt has sample code to save and restore settings at
https://doc.qt.io/qt-5/restoring-geometry.html except that in their
example, the calls to save should have the same myWidget/ prefix as the
corresponding calls to restore, and saving the state might be useful only
for widgets that can qobject_cast<QMainWindow*>(widget)
