[scribus] Eps import suddenly doesn't work anymore

for the pdf export there is a ticket:

in a chat with ghostscript people, we came up with a possible
workaround, but according to jean it is not possible to use it in
scribus.

no further details are available on why the workardound does not fit
and when a new version of gs will be avalaible.
but the gs folks were confident that the bug is already fixed in their
development version.
