[scribus] Eps import suddenly doesn't work anymore

The bug also affects importing (some) PDFs. I've found that in the 
current version distributed with Debian/Buster (1.4.7 - Ghostscript 
9.25). My workaround to this point has been to switch to a 
Debian/Stretch computer to import PDFs and to create the PDFs to send to 
the printer.

Interestingly some PDFs which seem to import OK cause the export to PDF 
function to fail.
