[scribus] Add icons to the toolbar

Hallo,

what I am longing for is a fast formatting toolbar. Shortcuts are great,
if you remember them.
After that a fast formatting toolbar is practical. only one click to
maybe two, to change the property. One can't make a shortcut for each
property.
For deeper properties one uses not that much the properties boxes are
fine.
Efficiency for me depends on 3 items:
- the amount of clicks
- the visibility of the properties (good icons are more recognizable as
text), also the size and accentuation
- the fixed place of the property buttons. Jumping property buttons, in
scrolling boxes or fly out menus, you never find on the same place, they
make me really daisy.

A fast formatting toolbar would be great: for text, for sizes, for
rotation, for wrapping, for indent, ... eventually costumizable.

Jaak
