[scribus] LaTeX Render Frame error on export in 1.5.4 macOS

Can you successfully create a PDF with Latex outside of Scribus? This would be a basic step to ensure you have the parts of LaTeX that you need. On Linux, you specifically need pdflatex to generate PDFs.
