Your link line has /usr/local/lib/libpodofo.a
Did you build libpodofo from source on Fedora 28?
You should check what you have in /usr/local.
If you built any libraries from source on Fedora 28, those libraries will
probably mess up builds on Fedora 29.
You might want to rename /usr/local temporarily and try starting a fresh
build of Scribus.
If cmake finds parts of Fedora 28 packages in /usr/local/include,
/usr/local/lib* or /usr/local/*/pkgconfig, the Fedora 29 build will
