[scribus] Accessing files across a network

Please try this:

On your computer B, use the Windows Explorer and navigate your network
to the share on computer A where your project is.

Then use the tool in Explorer which used be called something like
"assign a drive letter". (My machine is in German today, sorry.) In my
Windows 10 I have a ribbon and next to "new folder" I have something
called "easy access" which is that.

Once you have a drive letter, for example Z: (if you like that
approach), it is easy in Scribus to open stuff: In the top folder
selector (labelled "Look in:"), click the little down arrow and click
"my Computer" and then you will see the new drive letter and can open
your project.

Hope it will work for you. I just tested it here with another computer,
but both are Windows 10, I am using a bleeding edge Scribus 1.5.4svn
which is only a few days old, but should work with any version.
