[scribus] Bad text came back from the printer, but why?

Hi,

thanks for all the input; I should have thought about moving to different
device. There are plenty around. :-(

by the way: The printer has come back and acknowledged they cannot work
with the embedded fonts. I changed the text to outline and sent it in
again. They will do the second run without charge.
