[scribus] correct cmake version for 1.5.3

You have to hand over the directory containing CMakeLists.txt as first
parameter to cmake.

cd <dir_where_you_downloaded_scribus_to>/Scribus
cmake . <options>

I use and maintain this for Arch Linux
https://aur.archlinux.org/cgit/aur.git/tree/PKGBUILD?h=scribus-svn

Look especially at the build function. It should be adaptable for
Slackware.
