Thank you Craig for being willing to look into this. We are committed
and regular Scribus users, publishing for an entire people group. So if
the new release will fix the rendering, it will save us hours of
proof-reading (just searching for those problem-spots) and
manual-tweaking by advanced-kerning for each magazine.

I have made a bug report, as you proposed. It is no. 0013863 and can be

If you need more details, or testing within a binary, I am on this list,
normally I manage to look each week.
