I've run out of time to work with it, a.l.e., more than anything else. 
And it's not just bullets and numbering.  :-)

And there's almost always something that always eludes you until someone 
tells you how to do it.  <G>

One of the reasons I tried 1.5.1 is a comment somewhere above where the 
user mentioned he was finding1.5.1 to be better than 1.4.6.

Overall, I was actually finding bullets and numbering in 1.5.1 to make 
more sense.  If I had the time, and maybe there'll be a chance in the 
future, I'll try 1.5.1 again as I was finding it easier than 1.4.6.
