I think the practical answer would be to convince rpmfusion.org to
supply the documentation that fedora won't. I've already demonstrated
that simply by saving the Scribus documentation files into /usr/doc,
that the manual works as expected. Certainly, an RPM could be created
that does just that. The much-maligned Scribus documentation license
freely allows such distribution.
