[scribus] Embedding fonts in a PDF file

I think the default behavior is to try to embed or subset fonts, but
some fonts cannot be embedded. We also see instances
where a font must be outlined.

Aside from this, one of the skills of making PDFs is not to just blindly
create them without looking at these issues.
