[scribus] Major traffic jam caused by construction site in trunk, also know as 1.5.3svn

It's been a while since I've had reason to put Scribus to major use, but
I'll have reason to soon and i can't wait to do so using the new iteration.

Allow me to add my congrats and thanks to all those of you who've been
working so hard on this wonder piece of software!
