[scribus] Menus offset sideways in Windows 10 dual-screen

Apart from any new version of Qt that Jean might use with the upcoming version of 1.4.6, there's nothing we can do to fix this. We don't control menu locations, Qt does, and it might only receive fixes in Qt5 which is not used for 1.4.x.
