[scribus] How can I shape a box by its ears?

You just creep up from inside and then there is  one chance in three you
get the double arrow  – which is acceptable.

It's very similar in WordPress which I am more familiar with, but there the
ears are much bigger,  so you can distinguish easily between inside and
outside. Is there any way I can make the ears in Scribus any bigger?
