[scribus] Scribus sla to epub (export) q. (calibre does not work) -> writer2epub

Belay all that. I've read the docs. and it's clear that the "writer" part of
writer2epub refers to the LibreOffice word-processing application which creates
*.odt files. These are "writer" files.
