its not possibly to unsubscribe directly from the site,
because the site needs to authenticate your request.
Hence, please read carefully the mail you have received :
it probably doesnt say you are unsubscribed,
but says somebody has requested your unsubscription,
and so as to be sure its really you,
it asks you to click on a coded link.
