[scribus] How to insert Hyperlinks? "Insert PDF fields"?

I tried Method B and couldn't get it to work, but I am not knowledgeable
about JavaScript. I looked at the history of the page, and while I did
some edits, it was only for appearance and grammar. Maciel Hanski is our
JavaScript guru, so to speak, and he had some input into this page.
