no, afaik, it's on purpose. there is no release in the development
branch 1.5.x, yet.
imo, 1.5.0 should be released as soon as the undo for text is ported to
the 1.5svn branch (and this will very likely happen in the next couple
of months thanks to the GSOC by chelen):
until that point 1.5svn is -- in my eyes -- to be considered inferior to
1.4.1 and not stable enough to be used by a wider public.
