[scribus] refrase the problem: bleeds stay present in PDF with Clip to Page Margins

Trimbox is what I am looking for.
But is that a option in Scribus?
If it is, I can't find it!
According to the official manual it is part of PDF/X-3.
But I don't seem the PDF/X-3 option in PDF-export.

So here comes another problem:
Why doen't I have the PDF/X-3 option?
