Google on Ghostscript 8.6, go to the correct download page, and
follow the instructions. www.ghostscript.com might be a good
starting place. 

Consider it a learning experience. Strictly speaking you don't
have to have Ghostscript but there are some useful functions you
lose if you don't have it.
