My experience with a 14 page newsletter with a few dozen text frames is that only 
about 4 changed in RC6. Those were mostly where I had changed Glyph Extensions. 
Changing Glyph Extensions corrected the shift. Probably took about 2 minutes.

I'm sure others have had different experiences.
