I agree with John - I'm doing an approx 50 page monthly Newsletter with
lots of photos and linked Text Boxes and have no "Crash Problems" with
1.4.0 rc3 on Linux Mint 9 KDE. I do have "other" problems but I've
worked my way round them and am awaiting 1.5.0!!!
