[scribus] Sankey diagrams in Scribus 1.3.8

Open an Inscape svg file in a text editor

Open a Scribus sla file in a text editor


They are both xml, but that's the end of the similarity

Scribus can import, as a vector file, some Inkscape files. Not all of
Inkscape features are supported by Scribus
