[scribus] Transferring .sla file from Windows 7 to Vista Gives Error

There is no difference between a Scribus file from a 32-bit or 64-bit 
computer (there isn't really a version of Scribus compiled for 64-bit 

Open the file with Notepad or similar and look at the second line for 
the version number for the file.
