[scribus] Printing Issues with Scribus

Hello - 

I am having a few printing issues with Scribus and would like some assistance. I am using Ubuntu 10.04 and my goal is a PDF that will be for print output only.

1. File prints too large. I am converting the Scribus file to PDF and when printing the file prints about 10% too large and is getting cut off. Not sure why this is happening:
- should I be using PDF 1.5?
- should I be attempting to print from something other than PDF?


2. Images look bad when printing. The images that I am using don't look that great when printed. They look good on screen. I have tried .jpg, .tiff, and .png. I have increased the DPI using GIMP, but doesn't help that much.
