[scribus] Auto Scroll

Yes, I hate the frequent wild jumps in MS Office products, especially at high zoom which is where I do most of my work.  Didn't know about the mouse wheel - will give it a try.

  no, scribus does not autoscroll.

  but you can scroll with the mouse wheel while creating an element... a much better behavior in my eyes!

  in my experience, the automatic scrolling often leads to unwanted wild jumps around the canvas...
