it looks like you have set arial as the default font for a couple of frames
(and probably overridden then the font in the frame itself)
in this specific case it's probably a render frame embedded in a text
frame. if you look at the continuation of the file you will probably
find out which specific frame it is. if you use the outline tool, it
may be the frame 16.
