One by one I am bringing up each html in lynx.Then I copy and
paste the text for each page of each html into the gvim session.
Ultimately I will have a complete file of the text only of the
documentation. Using pdfTex and \obeylines I can create a pdf with
the text material on it. Then I can print it out. Over time I can
add graphics etc. as in the original. But first I will have my manual
at least in rudimentary form to study.

This is of course very tedious. I wish the creators of this
excellent documentation had done it for me. But I will soldier on.
