[scribus] Placed EPS not K=100 black

In Scribus 1.3.6 on Windows when placing a CMYK EPS file with only one
colour channel filled, 100% K, the placed file appears to convert this to a
rich black variant. This carries through to the exported pdf as well. My
workaround has been to import it as an SVG and replace the black from the
imported file with 100%K. I prefer the EPS for accurate frame boundaries,
fitting the frame to the image doesn't have any padding with the EPS. Any
ideas on why the colour conversion occurs?
