i don't really get what's you goal...
can you say it in italian?
do you want to insert the object with a script or not?
if yes, there is a duplicateObject() function in the scripter API
if not, you can add the object in the pasteboard and insert it (at the same place through a right click on it) on each page it belongs.
and as i already wrote a few days ago: why do you go through eps files? there may be a good reason, but the preferred way to exchange files between inkscape is by using standard svg files.
